Since the weather is cool I can now change up my usual weekday uniform of tee + jeans + ballet flats by doing jackets instead of cardis some days. I'm still feeling the brown & orange - so my TB suede Revas are getting another spin this week and I have on a double-breasted corduroy jacket in light brown from Juicy Couture. I've noticed that I tend to like certain colors around me whether I'm wearing it or have it on my walls - and I just realized this jacket is the same hue as the velvet sofa & chair in my family room which I bought from Pottery Barn years ago.
So here I am this Friday:

had to show the pink satin-y lining - love little details like this!
Also, I've been asked to do a post on flats - so I can hopefully get that together over the weekend - I love them and have been noticing some cute ones out there lately!

Are Reva's comfy, another blogger posted that jcrew ballet flats are not which I really appreciated?! Love how you mix expensive and inexpensive together, very talented!

ReplyDeleteCricket - thanks! :) I find Revas to be super comfy. I have them in both suede & regular leather and they do feel almost like slippers to me. Like how the back is elasticized for a secure fit. I know a lot of people have had sizing issue with them but I have always taken my regular size in TB.

I love your suede Revas. I'm so hesitant to get suede because in NC it rains a lot in the winter. Do you have the suede treated? Do you only wear them on nice days? Thanks!

ReplyDeleteShana - thanks :) I spray my suede with the Ugg spray you can get at Nordstrom and I don't wear them on really rainy days but I will if it's just a little sprinkly out and they've been fine.
